Become a citizen! Free Citizenship classes are being offered at Desert Sage Library. Classes start every Saturday from January 6th through June 2nd from 10 AM to 12 PM. Kaity’s Way Relationship Violence Diversion Workshop

This workshop is designed to help teens and the parent/adults in their lives, discover the signs of an abusive relationship and what they can do to avoid such a relationship. The take away will include the tools to achieve and maintain healthy relationships in their lives on various levels. Additional areas covered would include: The pattern of an abusive relationship, certain warning signs to look out for that usually fly under the radar, options to safely exit an abusive relationship, what bystanders can do to help, information about Kaity’s Law and we will conclude with the elements of a healthy relationship.
