Sign2Learn: School Supplies & Playtime Toys

Play is an essential part of childhood.  As they grow into three-four and five year olds, young children engage more and more in play activities that expand their knowledge of the world around them, develop their motor skills, and focus on their peers.

This workshop combines signs that will be useful to children in school and during play. You will be introduced to some of the most common tools that children learn to use in school, along with signs for popular toys they enjoy during playtime.

Signs to be introduced: ball, blocks, book, game, puppet, toys, crayon, glue, paint, pencil, paper, scissors, story, slide, swing, write, play
