Preschool Prep

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
Century Library
Meeting Room

Three to five-year-olds (accompanied by a favorite adult) enjoy stories, games and activities designed to nourish the skills that lead to success in school – persistence, flexibility and problem-solving.  What is your child learning?  Your preschooler is learning about the world and how to master emotions and desires. By teaching her how to focus, take turns and think creatively, you will get her ready for school.  This program includes basic concept knowledge (colors, numbers, letters) as well as structured activities.

Support for early literacy programs is provided by a grant from First Things First, which partners with families and communities to give all Arizona children the opportunity to arrive at kindergarten healthy and ready to succeed. Learn more at FirstThingsFirstAZ.gov.  #preschoolprep
