Comic Book Drawing Contest
Draw or paint your favorite comic book, television or movie character; or CREATE your own!
Show us your talent! Black & white or color, drawings or paintings, no larger than 24"x36," entry forms can be picked up at Desert Broom Library. All artwork must be submitted with an entry form.
Rules:

Submit your artwork anytime between August 5 and September 11.
Bring your artwork to the reference desk.
Drawings received after September 11 will not be entered into the contest.
Open to all ages.
Artwork must be appropriate for a family audience.
Anyone can enter -- no restrictions.
One entry per person.

Babies (accompanied by a favorite adult) enjoy songs, activities to promote movement, rhymes, books, and playtime in each lively session. Babytime gives your baby the opportunity to hear lots of language and actively engage in purposeful play. Each 20 minute program is followed by a 30 minute, unstructured play time. What is your child learning?  Hearing stories and rhymes helps your baby develop language skills.
